Canberra
The new "Truckstopper" gate at Parliment House was fabricated & installed by
Ezi Automation Pty Ltd.
They were unhappy with the existing paint finish it was supplied with and
being so big and heavy, some areas had been damaged in transit &
installation.
D.E.P. were contacted to inspect the existing coating and asked if it was
possible to touch up. After sanding, filling, priming & painting the
effected areas, the finish is now much more acceptable.
Qukers Hill
This dental surgery handrail was fabricated, powdercoated & installed by
Fence & Gate Centre Pty Ltd. Unfortunatley, moisture had penetrated the
powdercoat and it had started to flake off in some areas. Fence & Gate
Centre contacted D.E.P. to completley strip off the powdercoat, clean, etch
primer and repaint the hand rail in two pack polyurethane matched to the
original color. The customer was very happy with how the problem was
rectified, and with the new finish.
Bondi
The owner of this apartment was carrying out a complete renovation. Being
unable to change the outside apperance of the building, and very expensive
new windows were not an option. D.E.P. were contacted to recoat the existing
internal side of the windows frames in Anotec Silver Grey XT. All windows
were painted in the closed position and left to dry overnight. The
following day, D.E.P. returned to paint the open edge of the main door,
Living room & kitchen windows so that there wasn't a brown strip when they
are left open.
Chiswick
The owner of this home contacted D.E.P. to update the look of both the
internal and extrenal balustrades. After completley masking out the freshly
painted walls, new marble flooring, tiles, the glass insert panels and fish
pond, D.E.P. rubbed, cleaned, primered & painted the internal balustrade in
Charcoal Semi Gloss. The external balcony balustardes were painted in
"Galand Silver Metallic Pearl" to give a stainless steel look, completley
transforming the house.
Car Trailer
Being an engineer by trade, Mr Johnston completley hand fabricated this
trailer to transport his race car. He contacted D.E.P to primer & paint all
the metal frame work in Black Semi Gloss. D.E.P. also primed, sealed &
painted the formply front and rear doors in white, colourmatched to the
fibreglass top & side panels.
Doonside
The owner of this house was doing some renovations to both inside & outside.
D.E.P were contacted to mask, rub & paint the outside windows in Ironstone
Low Sheen to match the new guttering.
Minto
After being damaged in a break in, D.E.P. masked, rubbed & painted this
rollerdoor in Sufmist Low Sheen matched to the original colour.
Woolahra
Conti Contructions Pty Ltd are well known for their high end building and
renovation work. Having worked for them before, we were their only choice
when it came time to paint the balustarding on their current project. Good
planing and organisation allowed us to thoughly sand the galvanised steel
before priming & applying the Brilliance Pearl low Sheen with minimum
masking and before the tiles were laid and walls were finish painted.
Oatlands
D.E.P. primed & painted this internal Balustrades in a Black 90% Gloss.
Forward planning by Peter from B & F Metal Fabrications, who fabricated and
installed the job, allowed us to complete the work before the wall were
painted and all the white tiles had been laid. The owners were very happy
and it will look fantastic when everything is finished.
Elizabeth Bay
This fencing was fabricated & installed by Loyal Iron Pty Ltd.
Unfortunatley, the owner was not happy with their colour selection when the
panels arrived to be installed. After meeting with both the owner and Loyal
Iron, it was decided that we would apply the Asteriod Pearl Low Sheen when
they had finished all the installation. We also painted these four outdoor
wrought iron lanterns inthe same colour.
Darling Harbour
Ezi Automation Pty Ltd fabricated and installed this Balustrade at the
Convention & Exhibition Centre. D.E.P. masked, rubbed, cleaned, primed &
painted it in Pearl White Full Gloss to match the gates we had painted
earlier.
Dulwich Hill
Allen & Newton Pty Ltd Insurance contacted D.E.P. atfer these doors were
damaged in a break in. We sanded and filled the damaged areas and only
painted the outside face and lock panel in Custom Black Low Sheen matched to
the original colour, you would never even know they had been damaged.
Jakata
This Back rail was fabricated by Ezi Automation Pty Ltd. D.E.P. primed &
painted it in Charcoal Full Gloss before it was sent to the Australian
Embassy in Jakata where it will be the track for their "Truckstopper" High
Security Gate System.
Bankstown
Fencing & Gate Centre Pty Ltd had fabricated and installed the entire
perimeter fence and gates at newly renovated Sundell Holden Dealership.
Unfortunatley the powdercoat on this gate post had started to chip and flake
off. D.E.P. were contacted to sand back the post and prime & paint it in
Black Semi Gloss matched to the existing fence.
