Ultra Tune
After moving to new premises, Ultra Tune Blacktown management called D.E.P. to give this internal staircase a facelift to match the new office. Starting after close on the Saturday, D.E.P. masked out the whole inside of the office, hand sanded the staircase, primered and applied the Charcoal Gloss Two Pack Polyurethane coating on the Saturday night. The job was then unmasked on the Sunday so there was no interference to the employees or the customers as the complete job was done out of trading hours.

Smithfield
Part of the security upgrade to this industrial complex included this new gate fabricated by Fence and Gate Centre Pty Ltd. D.E.P. had the paint matched to the powdercoated fence panels and after masking and rubbing on the Friday applied the primer and colour on the Saturday when the complex was closed. Being the only entry / exit point the driveway could not be blocked through the week.

Hand Made Cameras
Not satisfied with standard security cameras, the owners of this property had them hand made in aluminium. D.E.P. had been painting various items for the owners and had been asked if we were able to paint the security devices. Seven cameras and four sensors around the house were painted in a custom mixed semi gloss brown, exactly what the owners were looking for.

All Care Building And Maintenance
Being very close to the ocean the charcoal powdercoat on these three apartment balconies had deteriorated quite badly causing oxidization of the galvanized steel, whilst the oxidisation problem cannot be stopped completely after a Through preparation and priming of the affected areas our Two Pack Polyurethane paint should last a lot longer

Cranebrook
Although they were in very good condition these mission brown window frames looked very dated. After masking and rubbing on Friday D.E.P. applied the Primrose 50% Gloss Two Pack Polyurethane on the Saturday morning, transforming the whole look of the house.

Concord
Previous work carried out By D.E.P. at this property included an internal staircase, all exterior window shutters, balustrades, and awning structures. The owner contacted D.E.P. again to carry out more work including the painting of the driveway gate, the side pedestrian gate, two pool gates an air conditioning power cable cover, a power box and the new front power pole. A full day was spent preparing the galvanised steel surfaces before masking, priming and painting on the following day.
