Cecil Hill
The owners of this new house had been trying to find a staircase design that they liked for several months. After seeing a picture in a magazine of a staircase in a style that was different and modern it was decided that it would suit their home perfectly. Neil at McLellan Steel Fabrication and Welding was given the picture and he took to the construction. D.E.P. were then contacted to meet with the client to make a colour selection. High Sparkle Metallic Silver Two Pack Polyurethane was chosen and once the stainless steel handrails and timber treads are installed the results will be amazing.
Mulgrave
Fence and Gate Centre Pty Ltd constructed these three large sliding gates at Onesteel’s new premises. Two days were spent on each gate, one day to mask rub and clean, the other day was spent applying primer coat and the topcoat Semi Gloss Black Two Pack Polyurethane coatings.
Davidson
After some landscaping and new paving the owners of this property decided that their pool fence really needed a freshen up. The oxidised and surface rusted areas were sanded back and spot primered before applying the Mist Green Low Sheen Two Pack Polyurethane to match the existing boundary fence.
Kenthurst
The owners of this property were carrying out some renovations including painting the house, landscaping and a new driveway. D.E.P. were contacted to update the primrose fence panels and gates to a Semi Gloss Black before the lighting was installed and the brick work was rendered and painted, a good idea as this results in less masking and no fresh render grit / sand in the finished job for us.
Vaucluse
When the owners of this property wanted a new black roller door they had to special order it and wait a couple of weeks. When the Roller Door Company arrived to install the new roller door the owners were quite disappointed that the inside (back) of the door was an off white colour and not black as she had expected. After masking out the sandstone floor and all the freshly painted walls and ceiling. D.E.P rubbed and cleaned the door before applying the colour matched Satin Black Two Pack Polyurethane giving the look that the owners wanted to start with.
DEP O1 V
After fixing some rust and car park dents, DEP01V has been masked, rubbed, primed and painted in white in readiness to receive the D.E.P. signage. Many thanks to Essential Smash Repairs Pty Ltd at Seven Hills for letting us hire their spray booth. Watch future news pages for progress on the D.E.P. signage
